Shipping Policy
At Little Paws, we work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality products at great prices, delivered straight to your door anywhere in the UK.
Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery:
Standard Shipping: 8 to 12 business days
Express Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order is on its way.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. Don't worry — this is completely normal and won't affect your total shipping charge.
Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped within the UK supply chain. There are no customs charges for UK delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help — no fuss, no pawsing for breath.
Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
We go further than the legal minimum — we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
How to Return an Item

We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days

Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Send it back using a tracked service (return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Condition of Returns
Items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original packaging

Free from pet hair, odours, or damage caused after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.littlepaws@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
